The company characteristics that distinguish us are the accurate execution of the projects entrusted to us and the collaboration with the customer up to the actual co-design, in order to improve the qualitative aspect of the goods we produce.

Our production is based exclusively on third party work on customer technical specifications, this thanks to the presence of highly experienced personnel within the company, such as: mechanical engineers, mechanical experts, specialized programmers, technical and administrative employees, welders with licenses and skilled workers. All welders are certified with MAG and TIG licences.
We also manage sales flows through the use of the Kanban method.

The Technical Office boasts high skills in the study and development of projects, elaborating the best technical solutions for the realization of the requested products, making use of 3D CAD Pro/ENGINEER Creo and 3D CAD Modeling Software SpaceClaim.
The most significant capital goods present in the company meet the requirements for the model: "Industry 4.0". Thanks to the vast fleet of machines, the Marchesi production process is based on:
Laser welding
Laser welding machine complete with automatic double wire feeder.

Fiber laser cutting
We have fiber laser systems with linear motors and Penta Evo 3 cutting head for cutting stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet.
Welding
We assemble various products using numerous wire, TIG and MAG welding stations on aluminium, steel and high-strength materials or by spot welding.
We also perform resistance welding.
Press bending
We carry out press bending on articles with a maximum length of 4 meters using:

2 Gilardi folders.
Pressure molding
We carry out operations of cold pressing of metals according to customer specifications.
Calandratura
Realizziamo calandrature a partire da diametro 80 mm fino a una lunghezza massima di 2 mt.
Sanding and satin finishing
We carry out smoothing and satin finishing using abrasive belts and also brushing operations.
Laser marking
Laser marking centre with fibre optic Z-axis.
Its advanced technology allows us to mark parts with extreme precision and high definition.
We mark: codes, lettering, company logos, etc.
The company has an efficient tooling department at the service of the workshop.
We are able to supply details and components complete with treatments: painting, cataphoresis, galvanizing, anodizing, heat treatments, etc.
We specialize in both prototyping and mass production.
